Toyota Receiving Japans Order Regarding Brakes Complaints

One of the best car making brands of the world Toyota has been working on the complaints of accelerators and brakes for quite some time in five continents and now the company has been ordered by Japan’s ministry of transportation to investigate the customer’s complaints regarding the brake’s problems. According to Toyota’s spokesman in Japan Ririko Takeuchi “The Japanese carmaker has received several complaints about braking in the Prius in both Japan and North America since the end of last year”

The complete information regarding the company’s response towards the complaints has not been provided but it has been notified that they are working on it. It has been reported that the company has recalled 8.1 million vehicles world-wide and this quantity is more than the one which it sold last year. The Prius has been very famous among the customers and the complaints regarding the brakes may affect its reputation in the international markets as according to some source 14 reports have been received by the Japanese government of the braking problem of Prius and a computerized search for the 2010 Prius at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has shown up to 102 complaints. Though the complaints are quite alarming but it can be expected that they will be resolved very soon as company is consistently working on such complaints.
