Top 3: best in class city cars
You must be familiar with so many cars but aren’t you just curious to know the best in class cars in the city? Yep. You can know about top three city cars here.
1. Fiat 500
This is the first best in class city car. The model is Fiat 500 1.4 Sport which has a very three door hatchback body style and a 1.4 litre petrol engine and has a 6 speed manual speed. This is the model which is based on the Panda, which is very small in size. Thus the Fist seems to be more triumphant than expected by giving the cars which are really small which makes people to like it very easily. Though this loses two doors and some realism over others it has a very good visual ante.
Fiat has taken much care to introduce with a lot of customization having paid the attention to the marketing f BMW for its new Mini and thus has offered 500 with similar personalization options. It claims around 500000 permutations of options can be made with the Fiat 500 and seems to attract people. All the latest technologies like Bluetooth, MP3 player connectivity, air-con, alloys and various trim upgrades. You can get ABS, central locking, electric windows and mirrors, CD player and seven airbags.
It seems really great at higher speeds, feels itself quicker than the speedometer. It has great looks and seems appealing. This has some setbacks too. While driving longer distances the 1.4 seems to be wearing and the steering also seems to over sprung when it is kept in the straight ahead position. Also the interiors doesn’t appeal so much.
2: Renault Twingo GT
The Renault Twingo GT seems released in 2007 seems to be another new addition to the space of small cars which competes with Citroen C1, Toyota Aygo, Peugeot 107, Citroen C2, Ford Ka, VW Fox, Fiat Panda. This was developed and released in Ljubljana, Slovenia and is priced at £9995. Renault has already introduced Twingo in the 1993 but it never made to UK as there were all right hand drive cars and the same happens with the newest addition too. The Twingo has managed to develop a “car-like” image and its exteriors are very normal not much sporty.
The Twingo has managed to live up to the hype atleast in figures. It has
manged to provide 0-62 mph in 9.8 miles per second. It has 1.2 engine which is built taking economy into consideration. Having that it is using turbocharging to produce larger power figures. It has a five speed manual transmission, and it seems to be relatively quick but it is really weird to use while changing the gears from four to five.
It makes you really tiresome on a longer drive. It is economical and has a good practicality. Overall, a person may like the practicality, interior space, price of the car and also having a decent ride, and being well equipped. And you may dislike it as it is not as sporty as you expect, interior plastic feels and looks cheap, poor ventilation
3: Toyota Aygo
The Toyota Aygo is an important new car which is built in collaboration with Citroen and Peugeot, in a brand-new factory in the Czech Republic. Around 300,000 units are being developed a year and would roll off the lanes.
Toyota is ogod at designing and thus it was able to deliver it faster than expected given that it has similarities of three cars. This has attracted the Italians who love the car which is shorter than a fiat panda but it is taller and wider. It’s looks are great; well proportioned and has a very large wheelbase.
It comes in either three or five door form, but if its five door it doesn’t offer much comfort for those who are seated at the rear side. Those in the front have a lot of room for foot and head. People at the rear would feel really stuffy and non airy space. It is pretty decent on the roads; though it is little bumpy as the suspension is not all that great. With all these stuffs the Toyoto Aygo is a relay cool car with a sporty finish.
