The Lotus Cars Middle East finally opened the doors of its new showroom, named Lotus Dubai, to customers on December 4th at the Dubai Festival City’s automotive park. The establishing of this first outlet in Dubai was carried out in light of the growing market for Group Lotus plc in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The launch of the showroom in Dubai became possible after the Trading Enterprise, a part of the Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, partnered with the Lotus Cars Middle East and signed an agreement to sell Lotus cars throughout the UAE.

The inauguration of the Lotus Dubai was performed by Len Hunt, President Al-Futtaim Group, and Aslam Farikullah, Chief Operating Officer Group Lotus plc. The ceremony was attended by senior officials from both businesses and key media personnel.

Spread over an area of 425 m2, the showroom is a modern-day facility for customers, designed keeping in mind the most recent trends and Lotus’ signature monochrome scheme. It also includes a vehicle specifications area and the brand’s own prêt line; the Lotus Original.

The opening of the showroom also experienced the launch of Evora and Evora-S cars, two of the most finest and striking models by Lotus. “The Evora is a car for serious drivers who enjoy the combination of performance and the open road,” commented President Hunt. “The Lotus Evora delivers in every aspect. We are confident customers will enjoy the sheer thrill of driving this magnificent machine.”
