Nissan has been one of the leading names in the field of automobiles and this time they are in the news not for their latest car model but for the changes that they have made to their department executives. Every company goes through changes and at times company has to promote and move top executives for better business reasons. This time Nissan Motor has decided to change their corporate sales department. James Douglas who has been handling Nissan’s current fleet sales director position has been promoted to corporate sales director. James Douglas will be replacing Tony Lewis who will now look after Nissan Europe and will be handling the position of Director Sales and Marketing, Light Commercial Vehicles Business Unit.

James Douglas joined Nissan in the year 1998 as Area Fleet Manager and worked on several sales and marketing positions within Nissan before taking up the position of Fleet Sales Director three years ago in 2007. Since James Douglas has moved up the ladder, Andy Woodall will be the new Fleet Sales Director who has been handling the position of Regional Sales Director for Nissan. James Douglas commented that he is really excited about the new position and feels that he has been promoted at the right time as Nissan is quickly growing in the UK and various other countries. He also asserted that Nissan has always come out with innovative consumer products like Nissan LEAF and Juke crossover which makes more sense to corporate buyers apart from the regular buyers.
